Unprepared for the ACT

Hats off to Chicagoist for busting the Chicago Pubic Schools ACT perparators for using Comic Sans font on test-prep materials. If I could eliminate one invention from the past 50 years, I'd get rid of that font. Yuck.

Ahhh, I agree, I agree. It's a cruel addition to the MS Word font pack. They think average citizens will think "hm...'Comic' Sans? Sounds fun! I need a 'fun" font my latest church newsletter!" And sadly, many do. Consider yourself above average, sir. The professionally-trained really are only separated by the average because we paid $40,000 to be taught that Comic Sans is a nasty font.
