The 'race' for mayor is on

He's running for mayor ...

She's announcing tomorrow that she's running for mayor ...

He's thinking about it ...

There's a 50-50 chance he'll run ...

This guy is acting like a candidate ...

So Daley picks this guy to run his re-election campaign ...
The thought, I guess, is that Peterson will get all the CHA residents out to vote for the Mayor.

Trouble is, with so many of the CHA buildings bulldozed and replaced by gentrified housing, how will he find all the displaced residents?

More on the race here.

Ah, yes, the same Terry Peterson whose 17th Ward organization raises funds from CHA contractors. Daley will win again, unfortunately, and there will be four more years of the "most accessible mayor" giving stammering, sputtering non-answers at news conferences. Also there will be four more years of rampant corruption.
